more info: good news: rain stopped here in UP Campus. Campus maintenance personnel hard at work clearing debris, 1 team clearing F. Agoncillo right now. most roads are passable. BUT still no electricity

:( This is my school right now. Classes suspended til 1pm tomorrow to facilitate cleaning.

Mind you, the budget secretary said that we don’t need more budget (we’re a State U).

I wanna go to school tomorrow :(.
